Vornado owns nearly 2,000 rental apartments in New York City. These include The Lucida at 151 East 85th Street and Independence Plaza at 40 Harrison Street. Vornado has constructed for its Alexanders affiliate a 24-story, 314 unit building above the Rego Park Center shopping center in Queens, New York. Currently under development are the 37 Lispenard St. condominiums.
